Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, violate law, harass others, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, or interfere with another user’s data or account.
User-provided content
You retain ownership of content you add and grant Buddy On Trip the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display it for the service. Only upload content you are permitted to use and share.
Travel information disclaimer
Itineraries, reminders, PDFs, booking details, checklists, and expense summaries are organizational aids. Confirm schedules, prices, entry requirements, availability, and reservations directly with the relevant provider.
Third-party services
Some functions depend on authentication, maps, cloud storage, notifications, app stores, or travel providers operated by third parties. Their availability and separate terms may apply.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Privacy & Security in the app. Direct identifiers are anonymized and sessions are closed. Shared trip and financial records may remain where needed for integrity, with the deleted member shown as “Unknown User.”
Limitation of liability
Buddy On Trip is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party travel changes, device failures, connectivity issues, or decisions based solely on organizational information in the service.
